10 Best Musical Scenes In Movies

6. Bell Bottoms - Baby Driver

Throughout the entirety of Baby Driver, the film's use of music is incredibly inventive as we watch the youngest getaway driver show off his moves. Though many different songs on the soundtrack could have nabbed a spot on this list, it simply doesn't get any better than the opening car chase scene accompanied by the song "Bell Bottoms."

While the song starts off with simple stage banter, it suddenly kicks into high gear (so to speak) once the rest of the gang enter the car. Suddenly, we're off on an exciting chase scene between Baby's sports car and a throng of police officers hot on his tail.

The way that the song builds throughout the scene not only shows how Baby hears the world around him, but also how he perceives his role as a getaway driver. While it may be just a metal machine that takes you from place to place, Baby almost uses his car like a gangster would use a pistol, as he fires off impressive turns and unthinkable speed with just the right amount of precision and finesse. Once the gang finally reaches the parking lot, the viewer has weathered enough high-speed tension to last anyone's lifetime.
