7. Luis (Ant-Man)
Michael Peña is a national treasure who found his perfect role in Luis.
Luis is Scott Lang's lovable if a bit dim-witted friend who goes from being a fellow thief to acting as part of Scott's team to help save the Pym particle from the clutches of nefarious Hydra-related folks. He ultimately helps save the world and a little girl's bedroom alongside Scott.
His accomplishments and growth are wonderful and varied, but Luis's real strength is in storytelling. In a sequence that remains one of the absolute highlights of the film and the franchise, Luis recounts how he heard about a house that the thieves are going to hit early in the film. It essentially plays out as one long, unfiltered game of telephone with Luis acting as the voice of every character along the way and throwing in all kinds of superfluous, unnecessary details rather than getting to the meat of the story that Scott wants/needs to know.
He is a great sidekick and friend, but he's also one of the most hysterically inept storytellers to ever grace the screen and that's what makes him so great.
