10 Best Soccer Movies Ever

Final Score is Die Hard set inside a football stadium and showcases Dave Batista as legitimately the best pure-action heavyweight currently available for less than the cost of Dwayne Johnson. That it manages to successfully match its absurd premise is honestly one of the greatest filmmaking achievements of our generation.

I'll rewind. Dave is a former US [Army Person Of Generic Description] visiting his dead best friend's family in London. Seeing himself as the adoptive father figure to the daughter he left behind, he takes her to the evening's West Ham United game. The daughter, being a British teenager, is primarily just there to try and get drunk and shagged, but Dave hopes to get her to open up about her trauma.

Then, lo and behold, terrorists take control of the game, seal the stadium, and set about trying to find a hidden political figure within the crowd. Batista, not really caring to catch the game, sets out to stop them. Oh, and at full-time, a bomb is going to go off, or something. Honestly, it's amazing.
