4. The Trinity Killer – Dexter

John Lithgow, known for his amazing performances, done an amazing job playing the role of David Mitchell, also known as The Trinity Killer. Initially portrayed as a low-key, kind family man, Mitchell turns out to be Dexter’s biggest and most terrifying advisory. Mitchell is smart, cunning, and evil in a way our lovable psychopath, Dexter, can’t even stomach.

Their battle is an intense one, and Dexter is out-smarted in more than one occasion. Even though Dexter succeeds in the end, he loses much more than he had ever expected to, and realizes that the two lives he has been living cannot co-exist. The Trinity Killer marked the peak of the series, and became the show’s most memorable and interesting villain.

I like to think of myself as a world traveler and social butterfly, although I do spend a lot of my time watching the latest Japanese anime series, sitcoms, movies, and drama series. I live on the island of Crete, where I was born, and enjoy walking on the beach with my little cocker spaniel, Molly, when I'm not writing for WhatCulture.com and UNILAD.co.uk.
