1. Doctor Doom
As one of the many characters owned by Fox Studios, Doctor Doom and the Fantastic Four have understandably been absent from the MCU, though their omission has certainly been felt by fans.
First appearing in the 1962 comic, The Fantastic Four #5, Doctor Victor Von Doom has been a constant thorn in the sides of the team, as well as other heroes like Black Panther, the X-Men and the Avengers. Considering that Doom is one of the most intelligent characters in the Marvel universe, as well as being a powerful sorcerer, the villain poses a major threat to the heroes, with him coming very close to world domination on several occasions.
Being one of Marvel's biggest characters, it would be silly to think that Marvel won't use Doctor Doom soon, and we might not have to wait much longer to see him on the big screen. With the announcement of a Fantastic Four film at 2022's San Diego Comic Con, this could mean the arrival of one of Marvel's most popular villains to face off against the heroic team, though that is nothing more than speculation.
