10 Biggest Movie And TV News This Week (April 5)

5. Star Wars VII Begins Filming In May

It's been a year now since Disney bought Lucasfilm, and we're still waiting to here any concrete news about their new Star Wars film. We've had to endure what feels like an endless onslaught of rumors and speculation, with little to no official news being announced at all. Needless to say, we've been clamoring for any piece of solid information, and this week we finally saw a glimmer of hope. Collider reported this week that production on the film will begin in Morocco, on May 14th. Morocco is an interesting choice, because that was the location of the original Tatooine sets, which are all still standing. Could we see another binary sunset in Episode VII? At this point, we're obviously grasping at straws and have no other news to go on. The good news is, cameras will begin rolling soon, so we should be getting some official updates by then (if we're lucky).
