6. Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill Reteaming For Film About Richard Jewell

Leonardo DiCaprio and Jonah Hill made quite the comedy pairing in last year's The Wolf of Wall Street, and the two are looking to work together again, only this time tackling the true story of Richard Jewell. Fox recently acquired the rights to a 1997 Vanity Fair article called "American Nightmare: The Ballad of Richard Jewell," which tells the real life story of a security guard (Jewell, to be played by Hill) who discovered a backpack in a compound at the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta, GA. Jewell reported a suspicious knapsack and then helped clear bystanders from the area before it exploded. He was initially hailed as a hero, before being vilified three days later as a potential suspect. Deadline describes the story as "a cautionary tale about how a media rush to judgment, based on law enforcement leaks and rumors, can trample the rights of individuals before the facts are even in."
