3. Zombie Oral Sex - Blood Quantum

The oldest movie on this list (which is testament to just how wild horror movies have been recently), Blood Quantum's tale of a Canadian Indian Reservation battling the zombie hordes dropped on Shudder in 2019.

Despite its unique premise of the indigenous people being the only ones immune to the undead plague, the horror still hits the usual beats of zombie fiction, but the Reservation's resident d**khead, Lysol, gets a truly cringeworthy end.

It turns out he's not the best at picking romantic partners, as the secretly-infected Lilith transforms into a zombie while they're alone, and proceeds to bite his dick off.

Obviously badly wounded, this doesn't fully do Lysol in, and instead he spends the remainder of the movie (and his time on Earth) deeply injured because, and I need to stress this again, a zombie bit his penis off.
