Make way, then, for The Birds II: Land's End, which reprises most of the plot points from the original, albeit in a way that is no longer original. Basically a family are terrorised by birds after moving to a neat summer island, and Tippi Hedren - who was pecked in the first film - even returns to play a different character for reasons never explained. And in true "seriously bad movie" style, this gem is credited to Alan Smithee, a pseudonym used by directors who want to disassociate themselves from their movies.
