Dan Aykroyd had a great, wonderful career that he then preceded to ignore like a wounded puppy until the room started to smell. Back when he was an actor and not a cardboard cutout that talks, he was in a mildly successful film he helped write called Ghostbusters.

Eventually that film would be rebootquelled into a girls' only edition that got a lot of hate for having girls in it. Despite that, it was a pretty good flick that eventually leads to - like in the original - ghosts destroying Manhattan.

During the scene, the main character runs into a cab driver and tries to warn him to leave. He says he's not bothered by anything like that, because he "ain't afraid of no ghosts." Which isn't a quote from the original movie, but a quote from a song from the original movie.

That would be bad enough, but this is Dan Aykroyd's sole cameo in the film. At least Bill Murray got to play a cool cynic. Aykroyd just gets to quote a Ray Parker, Jr. song in the most blatant fan service since Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
