10 Most Boring Blockbusters Of All-Time

6. Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen

Most people tend to agree that the first Transformers flick, despite being helmed by renowned explosionist Michael Bay and starring Shia LaBeouf, serves as pretty good entertainment of the mindless kind - the exact definition of a blockbuster, if you will. Unfortunately for the follow-up, which was subtitled Revenge of the Fallen but should have been called labelled "This Will Put You To Sleep," lightning didn't strike twice. Revenge of the Fallen, arguably the worst of all three Transformers sequels, is near-on demented in its failure to understand even itself. Written during a writer's strike, it's clear that those responsible for this ugly mess of a picture had absolutely no clue as to what it was they were trying to create: the result, as you might have guessed, left fans with a picture that managed to be both endlessly loud and relentlessly boring.
