2. Black Bolt's Entire Costume - Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness
It's been extensively written about that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness' famous Illuminati sequence was basically a huge post-production headache, with the majority of the actors involved shooting their portions of the scene separately against a green screen and having their performances combined digitally.
But one of the performers had an especially trying time shooting his small part of the scene, given that he shot it without any costume to speak of.
Anson Mount, who made a surprise re-appearance as superhero Black Bolt, is seen wearing a considerably more comics-accurate costume than in the doomed Inhumans TV series, much to fans' delight.
But as behind-the-scenes B-roll later revealed, no physical Black Bolt suit was ever created, and Mount instead performed his entire role while wearing a mo-cap leotard, with the suit being built later by VFX artists in post.
It's never been officially confirmed why Black Bolt was the only cast member in the scene to not have a practical outfit, but given how many moving parts the Illuminati sequence had, and that several actors were added late in production, it's possible there simply wasn't time to create the suit before shooting.
The end result is shockingly photoreal at least, and if Marvel didn't tell you about it, you'd almost certainly never know it was CGI. Impressive.
