10 Characters That Could Make Up MCU's Young Avengers

Though she may be one of the highest profile members of the team, Kate Bishop may not be the only eventual Young Avenger introduced to the MCU during Hawkeye. Another character that is set to have a role in the series is Maya Lopez, otherwise known as Echo.

Though she began as a pawn of Kingpin, sent to battle Daredevil, she ultimately lands on the side of the heroes. It wasn't until after she fought Matt Murdoch that she realised Fisk was a bad man and a bad influence, with Daredevil himself ultimately recommending her to Captain America.

In a similar fashion to Taskmaster, Echo has the ability to essentially copy anyone's movement, making her incredibly tough to beat in a fight, and despite not even making her MCU debut yet, her own spin off on Disney+ has reportedly already been green lit.

Though her only real team affiliation in the comics is with the New Avengers, there is no reason to think that she couldn't become part of the Young Avengers in the MCU. Echo is set to be portrayed in Hawkeye and her spin off by Alaqua Cox, who is actually a month younger than Hailee Steinfeld, so if Kate Bishop is young enough for the team, so is Maya.
