10 Clues For The Future Of The Marvel Cinematic Universe

10. Seagate Prison

Seagate Prison is the correctional facility in which it was revealed that Trevor Slattery - the drunken British actor who played the role of the decoy Mandarin in Iron Man 3 - was incarcerated. The Marvel One-Shot All Hail the King saw him taking part in a documentary about his exploits as the Mandarin and then being busted out of the jail by Jackson Norris - the supposed film-maker who was actually sent to break Slattery out in order to take him before the real Mandarin. Now, obviously, this quite explicitly points towards the potential introduction of the real Mandarin in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it also sows the seeds for Luke Cage, the character with whom the prison is most strongly associated in the comics. It is already known that Luke Cage is getting his own series, but the inclusion of Seagate Prison (which is also due to appear in Ant-Man) could suggest that Cage starts out as an inmate of the facility in his show. Could Cage make his first appearance in cameo form in Ant-Man? Time will tell.
