7. Jessica Alba As Crystal Instead Of Sue Storm
The Fantastic Four films were flawed in many ways, but a key issue was problems with casting. No matter what you think of Jessica Alba as an actress, one thing that can be agreed upon is that she doesn't play a convincing scientist. Forget the Invisible Woman. Alba would have been far better suited to the role of Crystal, a member of the super powered Inhumans who live on the moon. Crystal's character had a long term relationship with the Human Torch and because of this, the two super teams have a lot of history together. The Inhuman story line would have proved popular with fans and could have led to a film dedicated solely to their team, including such iconic characters as Medusa and Black Bolt. As Crystal, the element wielding heroine, Alba would still have been an important part of the franchise, just in a role that actually suited her.
