Don't look at me like that Halle! You know what you've done... but it wasn't just you, was it? Halle's acting was so poor that they should have ripped the Academy Award she had previously won right out of her clawed hands, but not even Meryl Streep could have fared much better with one of the most dire super hero scripts ever committed to film. My advice? Always read the script first. The plot feels like it was written by a four year old with crayons, characterisation was non-existent and the dialogue was both trashy and painful to endure. As if that wasn't all bad enough, the script also forced Halle to insert cringe-worthy feline mannerisms into every scene, just in case we'd forgotten she's supposed to be a cat. Oscar winners should know better.
