10 Comic Book Movie Facts That Will Blow Your Mind

1. Super Features The First Female Superhero On Male Superhero Rape Scene

Super2010

First off, I understand that the 2010 film Super didn€™t originate from a comic book. I also understand the absurdity of this entry. I also do not condone sexually deviant behavior, but this scene is just awesome. I sometimes feel it is my duty to share this underrated superhero movie with the masses. The film was directed by James Gunn, who is currently filming Marvel€™s Guardians of the Galaxy. Rainn Wilson plays the Crimson Bolt, an everyday guy turned superhero after his wife falls into a life of drugs. Ellen Page plays Libby, who eventually becomes Boltie, the sidekick of the Crimson Bolt. After a night of telling crime to €œshut up€, Boltie gets a little excited and takes advantage of Crimson Bolt against his will. Despite the fact that SPOILER ALERT Boltie meets her demise, I still think a Boltie solo movie would be awesome. Can you think of any other obscure comic-book facts that you would have included in this list? Let us know in the comments sections.
