10 Comic Book Movies DC MUST Announce Next

This is another case where there is a selection of directions that DC could go.

One of these, perhaps the most obvious, is to give the Keanu Reeves version of the character another adventure. Reeves has previously stated that he would be open to a return to the role when speaking to Variety.

"I've always wanted to play John Constantine again. I just love that world, too, and I love that character. I just had a blast playing a character and in that world."

To be fair, the 2005 flick was rather entertaining, even despite how much Reeves' version of the character differed from the cynical Liverpudlian from Vertigo's Hellblazer books. With Reeves willing to come back for a sequel though, another attempt that leant more heavily into the horror elements of the original could be fantastic.

The other option would be to simply cast a new actor (hopefully someone who could do a proper Scouse accent), to play a far more accurate Constantine. In any case, DC should announce a new project ASAP.
