10 Up-And-Coming Actors You Should Know About

3. Will Poulter

Will Poulter has been on our radar for years now, ever since he first appeared in Son of Rambow back in 2007, when he was only 14 years old. His performance as Lee Carter, a troublemaker whose bad behavior masks a neglectful home life, was incredibly nuanced and engaging for such a young actor, and immediately grabbed audience's attention. Since then, he's been continually working, with performances in The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader and, most recently, the irreverent comedy We're the Millers. Earlier this year he won BAFTA's coveted EE Rising Star Award, which has also been given in the past to actors like James McAvoy, Eva Green, and Tom Hardy, so he's in good company there. 2014 is set to be a big year for him, with a number of high-profile projects that could make him a much more recognizable face. He'll be starring in the sci-fi thriller The Maze Runner alongside Dylan O'Brien and Patricia Clarkson, set to hit theaters in September, as well as the Irish film Glassland with Toni Collette.
