10 Creepiest 80s Movie Villains

3. Frank Booth - Blue Velvet

Dear God and Baby Jesus, what can be said about Dennis Hopper's defining role in the David Lynch classic Blue Velvet? Frank Booth is gun-toting, bourbon-swilling psychopath who gets off on frequently huffing an unknown gas, beating Isabella Rossellini while calling her "Mommy" and diving face first into her crotch before seizure-humping her. He hangs out with the world's strangest drug dealers. He loves the song "Blue Velvet", and he speaks almost exclusively in bizarre non-sequitur. Also, whatever you do, do not f*ck*ng look at him! Booth is such a creepy character because he is an utterly unpredictable and violent train wreck from beginning to end. He has little to no regard for his own well-being and even less for anyone else's. There is a perfectly equal chance that he will buy you a Pabst Blue Ribbon or put a bullet between your eyes, and there is no way to know what will make him choose one over the other. Frank Booth may be number three on this list, but he goes down as the number one guy I least want to carpool to work with.
