10 Disney Movie Mistakes You Can't Unsee
1. The Shifting Alligator Poster - Finding Nemo
Finding Nemo revolves around a clownfish living in the sea with his overprotective father, Marlin. When Nemo is captured by a group of scuba divers, he finds himself re-homed in an aquarium in a dentist's office. Marlin desperately tries to find his son while Nemo concocts a plan to return to the ocean.
In the climax, Marlin and his friend, Dory, ride in the mouth of a pelican called Nigel and fly into the dentist's office. When Nigel bursts through the window, there is a poster on the wall of an alligator that reads, "For a bite that counts; FLOSS!"
During Nigel's struggle with the dentist, this poster keeps shifting its position. At first, it's right beside the window that Nigel enters through. But in other shots, it's two feet away from the window.
In some shots, the poster isn't there at all! This mistake is extra annoying because it occurs in the first scene where Marlin is reunited with his lost son. While you are watching this harrowing and emotional scene, it's easy to get distracted by the constantly shifting poster in the background.
