5. Dave's Relationship Is Doomed To Fail
When Dave first joins Justice Forever he's without a girlfriend, for reasons we will discuss later. However, that state of affairs doesn't last very long, as he and a group member called Night Bitch start up a sex-filled relationship seemingly born out of the fact that doing good seems to really turn both of them on. And you know what, that's fair enough whatever floats their boats, and all that. However, it's made clear after Night Bitch gets hospitalised by the Motherf**ker and his goons that their relationship is ultimately based on a lie. She doesn't recognise him without the mask on, and they have no idea of each other's real identities. She then terminates the fledgling relationship under the very understandably logic that they can't keep playing as superheroes, because life stops being a game when a vicious gang of murderers turn up on your doorstep. However, come the film finale, they've re-donned their outfits and are back together in some capacity. Yet once again, the whole damn thing is probably going to fail. Though they now know each other's names and addresses, the only thing they know they have in common is murdered relatives and a propensity for frolicking through crime scenes in a gaudy get-up. If they attempt to make a fist of it in real life, they're going to crash and burn.
