Whilst most of Netflix's true crime offerings revolve around murders, their 2018 series Dirty Money stands out as a fascinating look at the world of corporate corruption.

With six episodes each focused on a different case, the series delves into the motor, loan and even the pharmaceutical industry to expose some of the biggest cases of fraud ever seen and features interviews with the people uncovered these brazen acts of deceit.

Highlight from the show's first season include is its premiere which, directed by the Academy Award-winning Alex Gibney, examines the 2015 Volkswagen emissions scandal and its finale which takes an in-depth look into the shady former business dealings of Donald Trump and the multitude of lawsuits he's faced over the years.

Although it may not have the allure of some of Netflix's darker titles, Dirty Money provides a unique insight into corporate greed and the lengths to which multi-national companies are prepared to go in order to make their money.
