10 Dream Castings For The Upcoming He-Man Movie

6. Olivia Wilde - Evil-Lyn

He Man Robert Knepper Skeletor
Blumhouse/Mattel

For a character that is less of a physical threat and more of a mystical and cerebral evil, correct casting is essential in order for it to carry off effectively. Together with the manipulative, femme-fatale aspects of this character, one actress immediately stands out as the ideal person to step into her shoes.

Olivia Wilde's portrayal of Remy "Thirteen" Hadley in the acclaimed medical drama, House, showcases many sides of her acting flexibility. On one hand, she can be deep and compassionate, and on the other, she can be reckless, mischievous, and unwilling to compromise. It's the latter side of her that gives her the potential to offer a truly memorable performance as Evil-Lyn in this upcoming epic.

A malevolent witch who, despite serving under Skeletor, is unapologetic about her desire to dethrone him, Evil-Lyn is easily the most cunning of He-Man's foes besides Skeletor himself, and would even make for a great main antagonist should the writers choose to hold off the big bad until the sequel. This would be Wilde's first real foray into the superhero genre, but should she really put her all into this villainous role, it'll undoubtedly not be her last.

Plus, she's got an eerie resemblance to the animated character, don't you think?
