10 Dumbest Decisions In Spider-Man Movies

9. Packing Up Avengers Tower To Fly Without Security

This particular dumb decision didn't come from Spider-Man; rather, it was the brainchild of either Tony Stark or Happy Hogan. At the very least, it was Happy who carried it out. In Spider-Man: Homecoming, Avengers Tower was being packed up and shipped to the new Avengers compound, and Happy was in charge.

He ensured that everything was properly inventoried and loaded onto the plane, which included crates of Chitauri weaponry, robotic pieces of Ultron, Arc Reactors, several Iron Man suits from the Iron Legion, and more. The plane was carrying billions in tech, and it had absolutely no people on board.

Granted, the cargo plane could fly itself to its destination while in stealth, and a pilot wasn't needed, but there's a reason Tony prefers to be inside his armor rather than let it operate on its own. You need a person there to make sure nothing goes wrong.

Of course, everything went wrong. The plane had no security, so all Adrian Toomes had to do with fly up to it, make his way inside, and he could steal whatever he wanted. There was nobody on board who could even try to stop him, and in the end, the plane and everything in it crashed into a massive burning wreck.
