Prior to his transformation in to the incredibly powerful Abomination character, Emil Blonsky had two forms - that of an ageing, but still physically fit soldier, and that of a super soldier whose power level was around the same ballpark as Captain America. Those two forms had one thing in common - neither of them were anywhere near the godlike strength and durability levels of the Hulk. So why, then, did this street level antagonist think he was in any kind of position to face the Hulk one-on-one and then have the nerve to say "is that all you've got" as if to entice his best shot out of him? Because he was as dumb as a brick, that's why! The result was a single swift kick from the Hulk that sent Blonsky flying at 100 miles per hour into a nearby tree, breaking every bone in his body. Idiot.
