3. Frank The Tank - Old School
Todd Phillips' riotous celebration of arrested male development has a manic energy that makes scenes such as this at once extremely funny and woefully embarrassing, as Frank "the Tank" Ricard (Will Ferrell) unleashes his inner college student once again, and decides to go for a streak. However, Frank is so unbelievably off his face that he doesn't even realise nobody else is joining him, and his wife (Perrey Reeves) ends up finding him running along the road, naked, while driving in a car with her friends. She urges Frank to get in, at which point one of his wife's friends says to Frank, "Hey, Frank. Looks like it's a little cold out there, huh?", which is the only possible line that could have made this scene anymore awkward (and hilarious).
