9. The Shadow (1994)
Starring: Alex Baldwin It's good that Alec Baldwin has enjoyed a resurgence in his profile in recent years, because for a while there he was a bit of a hopeless case. The cherry on that particular cake came in the shape of this ill-conceived 1994 adaptation of the classic pulp property. The Shadow had enormous potential - he was a star across multiple mediums, and was the inspiration for Batman, and really, his big screen appearance should have been a triumph. Sadly it wasn't, with Baldwin growling his way through an awful plot that was baffling at times and almost completely ignored the original crime noir feel of the property. The art design was authentic, but that is scant appeal considering the rest of the problems. http://youtu.be/t6816MUx9E0 And the most ludicrous superhero movie ever made...?
