9. Blood Feast
If you like your films full of gore and in as poor taste as possible then this is the film for you. Blood Feast is a ludicrously violent movie that starts and ends with extremely over the top levels of blood and gore. The splatter films of the 60s and 70s that Blood Feast fostered have had the most impact on modern horror out of any genre and practically gave birth to the torture porn movement we are currently in. While Blood Feast isn't an incredible film like Night of the Living Dead or The Texas Chainsaw Massacre it is still very important because it paved the way for those films to be accepted by grindhouse audiences and even be made at all. The movie may be trash but it's very important trash that deserves a view.
