10 Even More Movie Villains You Didn't Realise Actually Won

Though the Saw franchise's ultimate villains are, of course, Jigsaw (Tobin Bell) and company, that's not to say the people they put through hell are necessarily good and virtuous either.

Quite the opposite in the case of Saw V, in fact, which centers around five "victims" who all played a role in causing an apartment building fire that killed eight people.

The ringleader of the group is Brit (Julie Benz), an industrious and ambitious businesswoman who hired a drug addict, Mallick (Greg Bryk), to burn the aforementioned building down in order to get her hands on the property.

Despite this, both Brit and Mallick actually end up surviving Jigsaw's traps, albeit at the expense of half the blood in their bodies.

While the seventh movie, Saw 3D, shows Mallick to be repentant of his past behaviour and he even joins a Jigsaw survivor self-help group, Brit is never heard from again.

Though Saw V implies that she survives, her lack of presence at the self-help group suggests she's not exactly suffocating with guilt.

Then again, given that Brit straight-up admits to Mallick that she knew there were people inside the building when she ordered it razed, that shouldn't be terribly surprising.

Brit ranks among the Saw series' few genuinely sociopathic villains who lived to tell the tale.
