10 Famous Actors Who Have Literally Never Been Bad In A Movie
1. Toni Collette
In case you weren't already convinced, last year's Hereditary confirmed Toni Collette to be one of the most under-appreciated actresses active today, a rarest of talents who can light up a scene no matter the film's genre, style or budget.
Disgracefully nominated for just a single Oscar throughout her career - for her sublime work on The Sixth Sense - Collette has wowed audiences with her turns in Muriel's Wedding, About a Boy, Little Miss Sunshine and Hereditary in particular, but even in obvious paycheck roles like Shaft (2000) and something as shamelessly trashy as xXx: Return of Xander Cage, she clearly cares about giving a complete performance.
Collette may have a share of so-so movies to her name, but she's always been at least solid in all of them, and usually far better than that.
And with her upcoming slate including Rian Johnson's acclaimed Knives Out, the new Charlie Kauffman film I'm Thinking of Ending Things and Guillermo Del Toro's Nightmare Alley, there's no reason for things to change any time soon.
