10 Famous Actors Who Were Forced To Appear In Movies Against Their Will

1. Daniel Craig - Skyfall

Despite being the best James Bond since Sean Connery, and having featured as Ian Fleming's famous secret agent in what is arguably the best bond film of all-time (that's Casino Royale, by the way, not Skyfall), Daniel Craig didn't actually want to be in Skyfall. If that sounds unbelievable, it's rumoured that the actor has a love/hate relationship with Bond since the failure of Quantum of Solace back in 2008 - even if playing the character has brought him tons of plaudits and global fame. Skyfall turned out to be something of a minor masterpiece, of course, a notion that seemed to increase Craig's positivity towards the role, but after Quantum of Solace he was incredibly vocal about not wanting to come back. Why did he, then? Contractual obligation. Still, that didn't stop him telling everybody that he wasn't really into the whole thing. "I€™ve been trying to get out of this from the very moment I got into it," Craig said. "But they won€™t let me go, and I€™ve agreed to do a couple more, but let€™s see how this one does, because business is business." Um... whatever that means? Craig always seems to bring up his distain for playing Bond, and never fails to mention how he'd prefer to be doing something other than starring as 007. Whenever the subject arises, he seems eager to tell journalists that he's ready to call it a day. That was even the case for upcoming flick Spectre: "All I want to do is move on," Craig said. Maybe he should, then? Like this article? Did we miss anybody? What do you make of these actors and their contractual obligations? Let us know all your thoughts in the comments section below.
