4. Alexa Vega
Alexa Vega had a long and fruitful career as a child actor, from appearing in Twister, ER, and Chicago Hope she scored worldwide fame as Carmen in Robert Rodriguez Spy Kids. Much like Taylor Momsen, Vega sang several of the songs on the soundtrack of her breakout film (series), and sings for both Spy Kids 2 and 3. She was named one of 2003s hottest teen stars by Vanity Fair, and since then has racked up a fairly impressive CV of acting credentials. This year alone she has been in high profile apparent X-Men/90210 crossover The Tomorrow People as well as the long awaited sequel for Sin City, in addition to several other projects, and has very obviously grown up into an absolute stunner of a lady. With a varied selection of other projects set to release this year and next, it looks like well be seeing a lot more of her (yes please).
