10 Famous Movie Villains That Had Understandable Motives

3. Unnamed Organization - The Cabin In The Woods

It's almost impossible to not be siding with these guys by the end of Joss Whedon's kind of satire/kind of homage 2009 horror flick. Throughout the film it all seems a little weird that they have such a blasé approach to putting innocent people into horror film situations where they must die. In fact they even condemn school children to an early grave, lovely people. It is revealed though, in the film's twist ending, that it turns out there are demons lying dormant underneath the Earth and they will destroy mankind as we know it if they don't receive blood sacrifices, it is the organization's job to make sure that happens. In fact, aren't these people the good guys? Think about it, they're protecting us all from being wiped out completely, they may be torturing people but Batman was hardly 100% by the book when he was dropping mobsters off buildings, was he? Well done guys, you're all getting promotions.
