10 Famous People You Forgot Were In Jean-Claude Van Damme Movies

3. Dennis Rodman- Double Team (1997)

In 1997, Dennis Rodman teamed up with Hollywood Hulk Hogan. Together they took on Lex Luger and the Giant (aka the Big Show) at the main event of WCW’s Bash at the Beach PPV. To Rodman's credit, he did his job well, surprising many people, just listen to the crowd reaction. Also in 1997, he starred alongside Jean-Claude Van Damme in Double Team.

The 2-time NBA all-star and 5-time NBA champion plays flamboyant arms dealer Yaz, teaming up with Jack (JCVD), a counter-terrorist agent. Together they take on a bad dude named Stavros (we’ll get to him in the next entry).

The Worm received three Golden Raspberry Awards for his performance in Double Team. Worst New Star, Worst Supporting Actor and, along with Van Damme, Worst Screen Couple.

Rodman returned to WCW to feud with “Macho Man” Randy Savage in 1999. His return didn't have the same hype as 1997, but that could be down to WCW's decline in both ratings and quality. Rodman also garnered a lot of media attention when he visited North Korea and befriended their basketball loving supreme leader.
