8. Eva Longoria Was A Producer
While much has been made of the history between Keanu and his directors and co-stars, one famous name to appear on the opening credits of John Wick in 2014 might surprise you.
Credited as a producer on the first instalment of the franchise is Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria, whose involvement in the project likely also surprised director Chad Stahelski, who said in the DVD commentary that he never met her, but thanked her for writing a check to fund the film.
It seems her involvement was limited to funding as a studio investor, as she had no real involvement in the film's production besides this.
Since her starring role as Gabrielle Solis in Desperate Housewives came to an end in 2012, she has started to do more work behind the scenes, as producer and director on a number of projects. However, her relationship with the John Wick franchise is, seemingly, done and dusted.
