6. Dredd
Drug: Slo-Mo Fictitious drug Slo-Mo was centric to last summer's significantly improved take on 2000 AD's Judge Dredd. Boasting the ability to trick its users into thinking time has slowed down to 4% its usual speed, it is easy to see how the allure of a such a drug can overhaul an entire civilization. Imagine waking up one morning and taking a hit of a substance so powerful, it diminishes the constraints of time itself. In particular, imagine yourself in place of Lena Headey in the bath scene. The scene is one of childish wonderment and oozes glamour, presenting a drug many might find difficult to resist. With that said,
Dredd by no means attempts to outwardly promote the use of drugs; indeed the use of Slo-Mo is likely to result in a potentially fatal visit from the Hall of Justice. Yet, with a drug this awesome, it can't help but do so.
