BLOW centres around the success story of a small-time cocaine dealer/smuggler who successfully makes a large fortune with relatively little long term effort. Again, the film can in no way be exclusively categorised as pro-drugs; the ultimate imprisonment of George Jung (Johnny Depp) somewhat limits the scope for optimism.
