10 Film Villains We Secretly Wanted To Win

8. T-1000 €“ Terminator 2: Judgment Day

One thing that must be remembered with Terminators is that they€™re not characters €“ the only thing which defines them is the programming and code in that particular model. The murderous T-800 we see in the original film is completely different from the T-800 we encounter in Terminator 2: Judgment Day. Those of you who somehow managed to see past his stiff acting in Judgement Day and bonded with Schwarzenegger€™s robot must remember that this killing-machine could turn on them at the click of a button. With this in mind choosing between the T-800 and the T-1000 in Terminator 2 is just a case of choosing between which piece of machinery you prefer. Would you favour having a regular robot on your side or one which can become molten steel? One which has much the same physical properties as us or one which can turn its limbs into giant blades? Picking between the T-800 and the T-1000 is like someone asking you if you€™d prefer an Xbox 360 or an Xbox One €“ we certainly know what our answer would be.
