6. Team America: World Police

team-america-world-police Let's face it: as a nation, we kind of have a history of military intervention over the past seventy five years or so. Sure, once upon a time we were all about isolationism, but those days are long gone. Getting involved is the name of the game nowadays. So what better way to spend our country's birthday than to watch the ultimate parody of American foreign policy? Team America: World Police is a loud, brash satire of American might brought to you by Matt Stone and Trey Parker. It's undeniably over the top, but it has a few genius moments that really work for the general concept. It both embraces and mocks the type of people who would say, "We're American; deal with it, bitches." But mostly mocks. Come on, this is Matt and Trey, after all.
