10 Final End Credit Movie Mistakes You Never Noticed

1. Keira Knightley's Name Is Spelled Wrong - Star Wars: The Phantom Menace

Changeling Credits

When you're dealing with an IP as massive as Star Wars, there are always going to be mistakes, but the production team of The Phantom Menace couldn't even get the basics right by spelling their cast members' names correctly in the end credits.

Keira Knightley, who plays one of Padme's (Natalie Portman) decoys throughout the film, Sabé, has her name incorrectly spelled as "Kiera" in the credits.

Given that Knightley was a little-known actress at the time with no guarantee of becoming a global mega-star, there's surely a parallel universe where this mistake was never noticed by anyone.

But alas, Knightley's profile skyrocketed in the years that followed, making this gaffe all the more obvious.

Still, we can't be too hard on the movie's production team, given that the actress' name was originally supposed to be spelled "Kiera," only for her mother to mis-spell it when registering her birth. Hopefully Keira sees the funny side of the mistake, then.
