8. Nic Cage Wears A Bear Suit And Runs Around - The Wicker Man
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YyigAW-14w0 The Wicker Man didn't aspire to be funny or even a comedy at all. It was supposed to be a re-imagined version of the popular 1973 horor film that brought the story alive for a whole new generation. Instead, The Wicker Man was ridiculed by critics and many people called it an "unintentional comedy," arguably the worst insult for a horror film. That would work except that the unintentional comedy isn't that funny. Well, except for the fact that Nic Cage is in it and he's taking the movie far too seriously. The only real redeeming quality of this movie is that towards the end of it, Cage dons a grizzly bear suit. As the clip above demonstrates, Cage running around in a bear suit, talking in a serious "Cagesque" tone and then physically attacking people is pretty much funny no matter what the context is, which is a good thing because at this point of the movie, anyone who's made it this far probably has no idea what the Hell is going on anymore.
