Arno Stark was originally created for the alternate-universe comic Iron Man 2020, in which Tony's precocious teenage nephew takes on the mantle of Ol' Shellhead and fights bad guys while dealing with the usual pubescent struggles with girls, growing pains and multi-million dollar weapons manufacture. More recently he's been introduced to into the Marvel Universe proper as Tony's long-lost adopted brother as part of the Secret Origin of Tony Stark storyline. The 'long-lost brother' angle sounds like a more plausible route to go for putting someone else in the suit that isn't either Pepper or Rhodey. But now you mention it, Tony Stark's teenage nephew flying around in the Iron Man armour and running Stark Industries sounds like the best thing ever. A precocious, slightly snotty but equally charming young man...you know what? If Michael Cera can still get away with playing teenagers in Hollywood, he's perfect for this.
