10 Great Marvel Characters Yet To Appear In A Movie
9. She-Hulk
Shulkie, aka lawyer Jennifer Walters, is one of the most beloved regular Marvel comic characters that hasn’t yet made the leap to the big screen. Perhaps Marvel are reluctant to bring She-Hulk in due to the similarities between She-Hulk and Supergirl and how the latter has never been remotely as successful as Superman.
She-Hulk is far more complex than just being Bruce Banner’s cousin, and sharing his green skin and anger issues. She has depth of her own and has been both an Avenger and a member of The Fantastic Four.
She could become a key component in the Avengers line up and an ideal addition to the MCU core team, as both a solo movie series or as part of a team.
The closest She-Hulk got to a cinematic entry was during the early 1990s when Larry Cohen - the director of sleazy B-List excellence such as The Stuff and Q: The Winged Serpent - was interested in an adaptation starring Brigitte Nielsen. The imposing actor even went as far as appearing in promo shots for the film.
That sort of approach wouldn't be right now, but there's plenty of room for She-Hulk in the MCU.
