10 Great TV Relationships

1. Archie and Edith (All in the Family)

Could the couple be more different? More lovable? More perfect? Archie Bunker is oft' looked at as the basic blueprint for a sitcom, male protagonist. In his like, we've gotten numerous carbon copies, and it's not unreasonable to see why. He and good-hearted, wonderful Edith dance around each other, verbally jest with their children and in-laws, and never abandon each other out of sheer loyalty and dedication. Archie and Edith are the perfect TV couple, blissfully unaware of their morality, wonderfully prepared to take on life's challenges, and hopelessly devoted to each other.

Cameron Carpenter is an aspiring screenwriter, current film and journalism student, and self-diagnosed cinephile, which only sounds bad in certain circles. Devoted fan of comics, movies, theater, Jesus Christ, Sidney Lumet, and Peter O'Toole, he sometimes spends too much time on his Scribd and comicbookmovie.com, but doesn't think you're one to judge, devoted reader. You can follow him on Twitter to watch him talk to people you didn't know exist. Oh, and Daredevil is quite the big deal around here (my head).
