10 Great TV Relationships

2. David and Keith (Six Feet Under)

Six Feet Under is easily one of my favorite shows of all time, as it's completely character driven. The characters, themselves, are glorious spectacles. And among the many relationships that are formed and broken off in the five season run, none seem to match that of David and Keith. Together, they provide some of the most realistically presented issues a couple faces when getting together. While Nate and Brenda are two extraordinary pieces of work, they're often battling their own psychologies, philosophies, and major issues like Nate's terminal illness. With David and Keith, you get all the extreme with the incredibly mundane. It's real, it's intriguing, and sometimes it's wonderfully half-realized. There's a love-hate game at play between these characters, but it's never enough to keep them away from each other for good. David and Keith are the prime example of a relationship in TV land, but there's one couple that should never, ever be overlooked...

Cameron Carpenter is an aspiring screenwriter, current film and journalism student, and self-diagnosed cinephile, which only sounds bad in certain circles. Devoted fan of comics, movies, theater, Jesus Christ, Sidney Lumet, and Peter O'Toole, he sometimes spends too much time on his Scribd and comicbookmovie.com, but doesn't think you're one to judge, devoted reader. You can follow him on Twitter to watch him talk to people you didn't know exist. Oh, and Daredevil is quite the big deal around here (my head).
