7. Anakin Tells Padme He's Had Visions Of Her Death - Revenge Of The Sith
While it was no secret that Luke and Leia's mother Padmé Amidala's chances of making it out of Revenge of the Sith alive were non-existent, the character herself was likely still somewhat content coming into that third entry on the back of finally marrying her beloved and even creating the next generation of Skywalker's in the process.
But celebrations were soon cut short on the back of Anakin's ominous revelation that his Force-sensitive brain had been at it again in his dreams. This time, instead of his now-late mother being at the centre of his unsettling visions, it was Padmé.
Ever the optimist, the former Queen of Naboo tried to gloss over her husband's reveal of her eventually dying in childbirth. But the senator had to feel even just a tad uneasy at the news of Skywalker's fateful latest vision, with Amidala witnessing the fatal events that unfolded upon Anakin's prior visions of his mother and no doubt sensing there may have been even a flicker of truth in this terminal declaration.
In the end, Padmé succumbs to a broken heart in the wake of her children's birth, but not before declaring there's still good in her fallen hubby.
