7. Gothmog
The Lord Of The Rings has dozens of individual orcs, many of which have their own names, but Gothmog is one of the most memorable. The orc captain serves as the Witch King's right hand man in the siege of Minas Tirith. He seems to be short on vitamins (although orcs hating sunlight might have something to do with it) and is covered in strange lesions across his face. It seems to have made him super-tough though and he doesn't even flinch when great big rocks are thrown at him.
None of this is enough to protect him from Aragorn though, and he ends up joining the long list of orcs to have met their doom at the hands of the ranger.
