What is officially the most brutal electrocution death on this list we see convict Eduard "Del" Delacroix (Michael Jeter) executed with extreme prejudice. After scumbag correctional officer Percy Wetmore refuses to wet the sponge prior to the execution, Del sits through a dry electric chair where the death is prolonged for a vicious couple of minutes. Del's head catches fire while an audience watched on in dismay. The Green Mile seemed to make it a habit of killing folks we really didn't want to see die. Michael Clarke Duncan's John Coffey execution is one of the most emotional deaths in cinema history. Actually, I'm getting rather emotional at just the though of it, let's move on.
