10 Hidden Details You Never Noticed In Famous Movie Posters

4. Sneaky Leatherface (Texas Chainsaw Massacre)

Speaking of bloody, the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre movie concludes with crazed murderer Leatherface swinging his chainsaw wildly, frustrated that Sally, his would-be-victim, has escaped in the back of a speeding truck.

It's one of the most iconic moments in horror movie history, which is probably why the poster for the latest instalment in the series - which is due to be released in 2021 - pays homage to it.

The poster depicts a not-so-friendly face that's been painted with random splotches of colour, and if you look directly at the bottom of this face - right in the middle of the chin - you can just about make out a silhouette of Leatherface, standing in that iconic, chainsaw-swinging pose from the end of the original movie.

Producer Fede Alvarez recently confirmed that the upcoming Texas Chainsaw Massacre will be a direct sequel to the original, so as well as being a cool hidden detail, the Leatherface silhouette is also a nod to the ongoing story of the series.
